Medical Background Volunteers
Seaside’s Health & Wellness Ministry seeks those with a medical background such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, EMT professionals, etc. to assist with blood pressure checks, on-site medical supplies, and other areas of the Health & Wellness Ministries at Seaside. Medical Equipment
Seaside maintains a medical closet of donated medical health aides such as canes, crutches, walkers, etc. that members are invited to borrow if a short term need arises. Contact the church office for more information.
Yoga
Marc Meyer - Gentle Yoga, invites yogis and yoginis to join him Monday, Wednesday and Friday from August through May in the Fellowship Hall at Seaside. Marc will add you to his email list and provide you weekly scheduling updates.
Class Information
* Class length is approximately 45-50 minutes.
* Payment for class will be as in the past, $5.00/class- $7:00 per couple. Please try to have exact change.
* Bring your own pillow and blanket if you wish.
* If you do not feel well the day of class, please stay home.
** On Fridays, please plan to arrive approximately 15-20 minutes prior to class.
Blood Drives
In support of the Red Cross and the constant need for blood donations, Seaside hosts several Red Cross Community Blood Drives each year. Please check the church calendar for blood drive dates or check the Red Cross website and use SEASIDE as the locater code in the search box.
